What exactly is this phenomenon that we perceive as music? What is the essence of sound?
Exploring the world of music and finding answers to these questions have always been calling for my special attention.
To me sound in its core is vibration. It is universal geometry. We feel the effects of it directly in our emotional and physical body. We can use it consciously to foster positive effects on our mind and wellbeing and release stuck emotions.
